As the strategic account manager and primary point of contact for global pharmaceutical clients, his responsibilities are to ensure his clients receive the highest level of service and attention. By working closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, he has the ability to help clients achieve their strategic objectives, while also driving value for the organization.  

Neil has more than 30 years of pharmaceutical experience in Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Client Management roles. He started his Pharma career as Field Rep and has overseen programs such as Inside Sales, Patient Access, and Medical Information. He has a deep understanding of the pharma industry, and is able to maintain strong relationships with his clients; working collaboratively with different teams within the organization.

He assists clients on topics related to optimizing business process service delivery models, go–to–market strategy, peer assessment, competitive intelligence, and future investments across the entire healthcare and life sciences spectrum.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Lloyd Fernandes worked as a Business Researcher with Deloitte. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Goa Institute of Management, and a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Goa College of Pharmacy.

Dr. Nadal is a Pharmaceutical Physician who has over 30 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry and has held positions of increasing responsibilities in Allergy and Pulmonary Clinical Research Development and Medical Affairs at Boehringer Ingelheim, Astra USA Pharmaceuticals, and Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Nadal was with Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals for the last 22 years where he was the Vice President of US Medical Affairs Medical Information and Communications, Medical Governance, Academic Affairs and Innovation groups. In this role, he has managed various groups including the US Medical Affairs General Medicine group as well as the Bayer / Rutgers Medical Affairs PharmD and MD Fellowship program. Dr. Nadal retired from Bayer in February 2020 and started consulting for pharmaceutical and biotech companies. He is an active member of the Drug Information Association and was one of the recipients of the 2016 PhRMA “We Work For Health Champions”.
