The France-based provider brings its cloud-native WMS and automation expertise to the US market.

Hardis Supply Chain, a France-based provider of supply chain software and technology solutions, is expanding its services into North America. According to a company press release,1 this decision follows a demand in the US market for cloud-based and automated logistics solutions.

With more than four decades of experience, Hardis Supply Chain, a Hardis Group subsidiary that launched in November 2025,2 supports retailers, manufacturers, and 3PL providers of all sizes in various sectors—including pharma—by helping organizations scale efficiently and navigate supply chain challenges while sustaining long-term growth.

What capabilities does Hardis WMS bring to global warehouses?

The provider’s flagship solution—Hardis WMS (warehouse management system)—provides intelligence and security, assisting more than 2,000 warehouses across 25 countries.1

Beyond core WMS capabilities, Hardis Supply Chain is progressively expanding its platform to enable greater orchestration, real-time visibility, and collaboration across the extended supply chain network, supporting customers as their operations grow in complexity and scale. The flexible, cloud-native warehouse management system offers full operational control with native connectivity to automation, robotics, and enterprise systems. It also allows for any adjustments to workflows, volumes, or fulfillment models to be made.

“Expanding to North America is a natural next step in our global growth,” commented Nicolas Odet, CEO of Hardis Supply Chain.1 “We are bringing our cloud-native technology and logistics expertise to support both multinational customers and North American companies as they modernize and scale their supply chain operations.”

How else are cold chain infrastructure challenges being addressed?

In other pharma supply chain news, Dawsongroup tcs USA has also launched in the US. In that same breath, it’s also introducing its modular cold chain system—known as the Superbox—to the American market.

The new South Carolina-based company is financially supported by Dawsongroup tcs, a temperature-controlled solutions powerhouse in its own right, with more than 30 years of experience in Europe and a lineup of over 30,000 assets.3 According to the company, standard logistics in the US are often hindered by needing to account for 12-18-month construction timelines for permanent cold storage setups. Dawsongroup tcs USA, on the other hand, reportedly offers “adaptable, precision environments” that can be implemented in only weeks.

The Superbox is 50% wider than a standard refrigerated container and is designed to meet FDA’s regulatory standards, including FDA and good manufacturing practice requirements.3 It also has automated temperature controls, as well as real-time and temperature monitoring.

“The US market has been operating under the same rigid cold chain model for decades, and it is long overdue for more modern solutions,” said Aidan McCauley, president of Dawsongroup tcs USA.3 “Whether a business is managing a million-dollar pharmaceutical shipment, sensitive chemical compounds, or high-volume food distribution, the risk of infrastructure failure is the same. The Superbox isn't just an upgrade: it’s a fundamental rethinking of the cold chain that allows companies across all sectors to eliminate risk and scale with total confidence.”
