BioNTech alleges the shot unlawfully uses its patented streamlined mRNA design—a technology that allows for lower doses with higher stability. mNEXSPIKE is projected to drive 55% of Moderna’s COVID revenue this season.
• Meanwhile, the PRIME program is proving that community pharmacies are the front lines of metabolic health. A new study in Research in Social and Administrative Pharmacy found that patients paired with a pharmacist health coach and a mobile tracking app were twice as likely to achieve a clinical 5% weight loss.
