The logistics provider is now a member of an industry group of experts in Italy.
The Rhenus Group, a logistics provider, has become a member of PharmacomItalia, an Italian technical community for experts in comprehensive pharma product management that helps train professionals in the pharma logistics sector.
Rhenus is recognized for providing customized, secure logistics solutions for the specific needs of any type of industry and is now particularly focused on the life sciences & healthcare segment, recently opening a logistics and transport vertical dedicated to this category of product.
The collaboration with PharmacomItalia will allow Rhenus to share its knowledge and expertise in the transportation of pharmaceutical goods, participate in working groups on technical issues, and visit production facilities and service platforms such as airports, ports and second-line warehouses. In addition, Rhenus will actively collaborate in the creation of standard qualification models for the various operators in the logistics supply chain.
