Roquette Finishes Qualicaps Acquisition

Roquette announced the completion of its acquisition of Qualicaps from the Mitsubishi Chemical Group. As a result of this attainment, Roquette aims to consolidate its leadership position to continue increasing its capability to serve customers and the market with superior solutions and an expanded choice.

According to the company, it currently operates in more than 100 countries, has a turnover of around 5 billion euros, and, with this acquisition, will employ around 10,000 people worldwide.
