Framework Solutions Gains Additional Regulatory Operations Experience, Purchases Onix Life Sciences
Acquisition expands company’s eCTD submission capabilities.
Framework Solutions, a provider of clinical to commercial solutions to the life sciences industry, has acquired Onix Life Sciences, a consultancy that specializes in regulatory operations services that support the aforementioned sector. Onix's global regulatory operations knowledge lies in electronic technical document (eCTD) submissions, publishing, and eCTD lifecycle management, helping to facilitate client submissions to the FDA and European Medicines Agency (EMA), among other health organizations.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but according to the companies, the deal benefits both parties by being able to grow their global reach, while also boosting their service capabilities.
