warning of potential safety risks associated with compounded tirzepatide mixed with Vitamin B12. Testing revealed significant impurity formation due to chemical incompatibility, which the company says introduces unknown toxicological risks. Consequently, Lilly has requested the FDA initiate a nationwide recall of products containing these untested additives.
