Ramesh Krishnan, Ph.D., is a Principal in the Decision Science team at Axtria. With more than 22 years of life science experience, Ramesh has an extensive track record of leading mission-critical and highly visible projects for both Fortune 500 clients and start-ups. He has a deep predictive analytics background and is reputed as a thought leader in the analytics and business intelligence community. He blends a strategic focus with on-the-ground realities to deliver enduring solutions. His experience spans AI/ML expertise applied to patient support and access optimization, adherence and program effectiveness, and managed care analytics. He has designed and implemented AI/ML and statistical solutions in patient support, brand planning, contracting and managed care, customer segmentation, among others, at Axtria.

Jacob Maman came to the pharma industry from a biochemistry background with experience in heavy data analytics with a focus on computational biology. He is experienced in Python, R, and SQL for data processing and data analytics. He has experience with common pharma industry datasets such as Specialty Pharmacy, claims (LAAD), and affiliation (HCOS). He has successfully worked in engagements focused on utilizing machine learning and statistical approaches to gain actionable business insights, as well as engagements focused on clear and accessible data reporting.
